Well today I have thrown out a ton of crap I won't be taking. threw away some of the stuffed animals that mean nothing to me anymore - the others will be packed. I refuse to get rid of all my belongings. I went through my CDs and threw away a bunch of them. Threw away most of my purses. And just a bunch of stuff I don't need anymore. I have three boxes packed. Books, china, and paperwork and pictures and stuff like that. Still ALOT more to go through, but I am getting there and don't seem to be stopping. Just taking more breaks is all.
So that has been my day thus far.
Somebody stop me!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hehehee :D

Bring stuff to a thrift store :) Get receipts, save for taxes. Oh yeah keep track of what you are spending for the whole process :)
Oh there will be plenty going to the thrift store.. LOL. I just opened a box thinking it was my grandmother's china, but it was mugs and glasses and such, so that has been put into another box and will go to the Salvation Army along with clothing and various furniture pieces.
What do you mean, save for taxes? Do you mean income tax refund sort of thing? Or do you mean for duty taxes if they try to charge me for my own things?
for income tax. Whe we donate stuff we get receipts and use them for tax refund stuff
